ATTENTION Art Lovers, this is your catch. MMU is organizing a live painting demonstration in conjunction with our 11th Convocation. We are attempting to break a record in the Malaysia Book Of Records for the Longest Live Painting which is going to be 650meters! So what are you waiting for,register now and be the first in many. Show us your talent and you might just get lucky!
Theme: 1Malaysia Go Green
Date:29th July 2010 (Thursday) till 1st August 2010 (Sunday)
Duration: 4 days
Venue: Multimedia University, Cyberjaya.
Q: HOLD IT! HOLD IT! SAY WHAT!? MMU Live Painting!? What is that?
A: MMU Live Painting is an art event organized by MMU's very own Convofest committees. It is solely for the artistic at heart. All you have to do is paint whether its oil painting, spray painting pastel painting or even water color painting. We want to see what you're all about.
Q: What should i bring?
A: Bring that funky creative side of you (ofcourse), bring your brush and your paint and everything else in between. No need for canvases because we are thoughtful enough to provide that for you.
Q: Why "1Malaysia go green"?
A: 1Malaysia Go Green is the theme. We are also concern enough about our planet that we here at MMU are trying to support and create an awareness for our environment. Besides that this event brings each and everyone of us closer together despite our ra ce and religions, and by that as a citizen of Malaysia, we should support our Prime Minister's campaign, 1Malaysia.
